Best search filters to use for finding clients in Nigeria

I am trying to improve my local targeting and would like advice from anyone using ClientScout for leads inside Nigeria. There are plenty of results, but I want to narrow them to the people who are most likely to reply and convert. Which filters have been most useful for region, company size, or intent? I am especially interested in what works for service businesses.
