We have had several cases of DMask users trying to use DMask on a second user on their pc - the consequences of this is that DMask will not work in proxy mode when used on a secondary user on a pc.
So if you want you proxies to work on DMask, then you need to run DMask on your main pc user with admin privileges.
I had issues creating an account using Dmask on another user profile, but it did not work until I used the main user profile, and it worked perfectly 👌

I previously experienced an issue saving fingerprints on the DMask App while using another user profile on my PC. We reached out to Mr Ajons and Baba guided us through the process.
I'm pleased to say the issue has now been resolved, and the fingerprint saving feature is working perfectly.
