Fiverr Optimizer not loading gig suggestions — is it down?

My dashboard has been stuck for a while and the gig suggestions panel is not loading at all on my side. I cleared my browser cache and logged in again, but the issue is still there. @support please check if there is an outage or if there is something specific I should reset. I rely on that section when I am updating listings, so a quick fix would really help.
