Best resolution settings for mobile upload?

Most of my uploads come from my phone because I am often on the move and working with limited data bundles. I want the videos to stay clear without burning too much bandwidth during upload. What resolution and bitrate settings are giving people a good balance on VidStreamer? If you upload mostly from mobile, I would really value your experience.

From my own workflow, the key thing was testing one change at a time.
