Manage your own devices — no support ticket needed
You can now see every device signed in to your account and remove the ones you no longer use.
Where to find it:
> Settings → Manage devices, any time
> Or directly on the device limit reached screen, when you're blocked
What you'll see:
Every device listed by name and last use — for example "DESKTOP-4F2A - Windows 11 · Last used 3 days ago" — so you can tell which is which. The device you're using now is marked, and you'll see how many slots you're using ("3 of 4 devices in use").
Freeing a slot:
Remove the device you no longer use and the slot frees immediately. If you were blocked, the app retries your sign-in on its own — you go from locked out to working without another click.
A few things worth knowing:
> A removed device can't be added back for 60 minutes. This stops a copy that's still running from quietly taking back the slot you just freed — so remove the right one.
> You can remove up to 5 devices per app every 30 days. Need more than that? Contact support.
> Removing the device you're currently on signs you out of it. You'll be warned before it happens.
> Free accounts include 1 device per app.
Available in DMask, Fiverr Optimizer, ClientScout and DMask Mobile.
